Terms of Service
Date modified: 14 October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of StrikeStreams. By accessing or using StrikeStreams, or by creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use StrikeStreams.
1. The Service
StrikeStreams Ltd operates the StrikeStreams platform. "StrikeStreams", "we", "us" and "our" refer to StrikeStreams Ltd. These Terms apply to visitors, viewers, account holders, creators and businesses using StrikeStreams.
StrikeStreams is an 18+ entertainment and creator platform. Features may include Shorts, Videos, Live content, creator channels, subscriptions, advertising, promotions and links to third-party services.
2. 18+ access
You must be 18 or over to access or use StrikeStreams, including browsing without an account.
StrikeStreams is an 18+ entertainment platform. The 18+ entry notice is a platform disclosure.
You must be 18 or over to create a StrikeStreams account. Date of birth is requested during registration, and registration is not permitted where the date provided indicates that the user is under 18. You must provide accurate information when creating and using an account.
3. Accounts, creators and businesses
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must not use another person's account without permission or attempt to bypass account restrictions.
Creators and businesses may use the creator features made available by StrikeStreams. If you create or use an account for a company, organisation or other entity, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that entity and to accept these Terms on its behalf.
StrikeStreams may carry out checks and may issue a Verified badge to a creator or business. A Verified badge means that StrikeStreams has completed its verification process. It is not an endorsement or guarantee of the account, its Content, products or services. StrikeStreams may remove verification where appropriate.
A separate written agreement with StrikeStreams may apply to particular commercial, partnership or Live arrangements. If it conflicts with these Terms, the separate written agreement will apply to that arrangement.
4. Content provided to StrikeStreams
"Content" means material uploaded, published, submitted or broadcast directly through StrikeStreams, including Shorts, Videos, live broadcasts, images, thumbnails, text, comments and channel information.
You are responsible for Content you provide and for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it. Content must comply with these Terms and applicable law.
Licence to StrikeStreams
By providing Content to StrikeStreams, you grant StrikeStreams a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to use that Content, including to reproduce, distribute, modify, display and perform it, for the purpose of operating, promoting and improving StrikeStreams.
This licence continues until the Content is removed, except where continued use or retention is reasonably required for the operation of StrikeStreams, use already permitted before removal, backups, security or legal requirements.
Monetisation
You grant StrikeStreams the right to monetise Content made available directly on StrikeStreams, including through advertising, subscriptions, sponsorships or other StrikeStreams features. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, these Terms do not create a right to payment or revenue share.
5. Live content directly on StrikeStreams
StrikeStreams may allow selected creators or businesses to broadcast live directly through StrikeStreams. Live access may depend on eligibility, account standing, verification, approval or a separate agreement with StrikeStreams.
A creator or business broadcasting directly through StrikeStreams is responsible for its live Content and must comply with these Terms and any additional terms that apply to that Live access.
6. Conduct, reports and moderation
StrikeStreams does not promise that all Content is reviewed before publication. Content, accounts or activity that are reported or otherwise brought to our attention may be reviewed, and StrikeStreams may remove or restrict Content, remove verification, restrict features, suspend an account or take other appropriate action.
Reports are reviewed as reasonably practicable. Response times may vary depending on the nature, urgency and complexity of the issue and staff availability. StrikeStreams does not guarantee immediate review or removal.
You must not use StrikeStreams to:
- carry out unlawful activity, fraud, scams, impersonation or deception;
- publish Content that infringes another person's rights;
- harass, threaten or deliberately abuse another user;
- interfere with, bypass or misuse platform security, access controls or technical features;
- upload malicious code or deliberately disrupt the platform; or
- request, arrange or facilitate unauthorised private payments or money transfers.
7. Official payments and subscriptions
Any payment option for a StrikeStreams subscription, feature or service will be displayed through the official StrikeStreams platform. Where a paid feature is recurring, the price, billing period and available cancellation method will be shown before purchase.
Approved business arrangements may also be paid through an official StrikeStreams invoice or written commercial agreement. VAT or other taxes may be added where required by law.
StrikeStreams will not ask users to send money through private messages, personal bank accounts or other unofficial payment methods. If a payment request is not shown through an official StrikeStreams payment route or issued through an official StrikeStreams business invoice or agreement, it is not an authorised StrikeStreams payment request.
StrikeStreams does not provide or support private person-to-person payments or private financial transactions between viewers, creators or businesses. Transactions arranged independently outside StrikeStreams are not arranged, processed or controlled by StrikeStreams.
8. Casino, Bookies and other third-party services
StrikeStreams may display advertising, promotions, offers, links or other material relating to independent casino, bookmaker or other third-party operators. StrikeStreams does not accept bets, operate gambling games, hold gambling balances, process gambling deposits or withdrawals, or settle wagers.
If you choose to use an external operator or service, that third party provides the relevant product or service and its own terms, eligibility rules, licences, payment arrangements and policies apply. StrikeStreams does not control those third-party services.
StrikeStreams may receive advertising fees, sponsorship payments, affiliate commission or other commercial compensation from certain operators or partners. Promotional or sponsored content will be identified where required.
9. Platform availability, bugs and changes
StrikeStreams may experience bugs, maintenance, technical issues, interruptions or unavailable features. StrikeStreams does not promise that the platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available in its current form.
Where a technical issue is brought to our attention, StrikeStreams may investigate and take appropriate action within a reasonable time, taking into account the nature, urgency and complexity of the issue and staff availability.
StrikeStreams may add, change, limit or remove features as the platform develops, including where needed for performance, security, legal compliance or prevention of abuse.
10. Restriction, suspension and termination
StrikeStreams may restrict or suspend access to all or part of the platform where we reasonably believe there has been a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, fraud, abuse, harm to users or the platform, or where action is required by law.
Where appropriate, StrikeStreams may explain the reason for action taken. Details may be withheld where disclosure would create a security risk, compromise an investigation, breach the law or create a risk of harm.
11. StrikeStreams rights
The StrikeStreams name, logos, branding, software, design and platform features are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where StrikeStreams expressly allows it, using the platform does not give you a right to copy, sell, license or commercially exploit StrikeStreams branding, software or platform materials.
12. Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
To the extent permitted by law, StrikeStreams is not responsible for losses arising from Content or conduct provided by a user or third party, an external service or gambling operator, or a private transaction that StrikeStreams did not arrange or process. StrikeStreams is not responsible for losses that were not caused by a breach by StrikeStreams or were not reasonably foreseeable when these Terms were agreed.
If you use StrikeStreams for business purposes, to the extent permitted by law StrikeStreams will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or for loss of profit, revenue, business, data, goodwill or opportunity.
13. Third-party livestreams
Some livestreams displayed on StrikeStreams originate from third-party streaming services, including Kick. Where this is the case, the source is identified on StrikeStreams.
The underlying broadcast, chat, creator account and related third-party services are provided by the originating platform and creator, not by StrikeStreams. StrikeStreams does not own or control the source broadcast.
If a third-party stream is reported or otherwise brought to our attention, StrikeStreams may review the listing and may remove or delist it from StrikeStreams where appropriate. Removing a stream from StrikeStreams does not control or end the underlying broadcast on the originating platform.
Displaying a third-party livestream does not by itself imply sponsorship, endorsement or partnership between StrikeStreams and the originating platform.
14. Changes to these Terms
StrikeStreams may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, our business, legal or regulatory requirements, security or the prevention of abuse. The current version and date will be displayed on StrikeStreams. Where required by law, notice of material changes will be provided.
15. General
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to apply. If StrikeStreams does not enforce a provision immediately, this does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights a consumer has to bring proceedings elsewhere under applicable law.
16. Contact
Questions about these Terms or the use of StrikeStreams can be sent using the appropriate email on the Contact page.
